Save the Dates!

Joe Kristan, noted accountant and blogger, and I will be conducting four seminars on the new Iowa LLC Act in December. 

Under the auspices of the National Business Institute (NBI) Joe and I will be holding two half-day seminars in Cedar Rapids on December 8 and two half-day seminars in Des Moines on December 9.

The new law takes effect on January 1, 2009.  We look forward to seeing you at one of the seminars.
